All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of downloadable items, we do not offer refunds.

While we cannot offer refunds, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you notice any issues with the content, we’re happy to assist in correcting or updating the material.

We are not responsible for technical issues related to downloading (such as device compatibility or internet problems), but we’ll gladly help troubleshoot and guide you through the process.

Our Services Policy

We have a small number of service spots available, so please double-check your date, time, and service when booking. We want your experience to be smooth and stress-free!

Refunds:
Because each spot is reserved just for you, refunds aren’t available for services.

Rescheduling:
Life happens—we get it! You can reschedule once per booking, based on availability. After that, we won’t be able to make further changes, so please plan carefully.

Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.

No-Shows:
Missed appointments without notice will be considered forfeited and can’t be rescheduled.

We want you to love what you order! If your item arrives broken or damaged during shipping, we will gladly issue a refund. Please contact us at florettakelleytutoring@gmail.com to proceed.

For other reasons, refunds can be discussed before the item is shipped back. As a very small business, returned items are costly, so we kindly ask that you reach out to us first if you’re not happy with your order. Share your concerns, and we’ll work together to find the best solution.
