Due to the nature of downloadable items, we do not offer refunds.

Our Services Policy
We have a small number of service spots available, so please double-check your date, time, and service when booking. We want your experience to be smooth and stress-free!
Refunds:
Because each spot is reserved just for you, refunds aren’t available for services.
Rescheduling:
Life happens—we get it! You can reschedule once per booking, based on availability. After that, we won’t be able to make further changes, so please plan carefully.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us keep things running smoothly for everyone.
No-Shows:
Missed appointments without notice will be considered forfeited and can’t be rescheduled.
